Service Packs (Selected Examples)

Archi-Pack - To insure your home isn't like everyone else's, get a home that isn't like
anyone else's. The Archi-Pack gives you access to the mind and talent of our Chief
Architect, Alexander Walker, AIA, NCARB. Alex and his team are ready to design a
one-of-a-kind home for you. $2.50/sq ft heated space.

Design-Pack - The Design-Pack allows you to customize your plan or develop a plan from
scratch, then gives you blueprints and technical information to provide to a builder and
banker to confirm total construction costs and to secure financing. It's a great first step.
$1.50/sq ft heated space.

Production-Pack - The Production-Pack allows you to make your final specifications and
moves your plans and home into production, and provides the builder with construction
plans and specificatons to start building. Get ready to break ground! $2.50/sq ft heated
space.

Fast-Pack - The Fast-Pack, which is simply a combination of the Design-Pack and
Production-Pack, is the fastest way for you to make your final specifications and move
your plans and home into production and provide the builder with construction plans to
start building. $4.00/sq ft heated space.

Typical Scenarios

For clients who have a general idea of the style of home and the floor plan layout desired,
they might select a Design-Pack first and, after securing construction financing and
choosing their builder, then a Production-Pack so that the project construction can begin.

For clients who have already arranged their financing, have a preferred builder and are
ready to break ground, they would select the Fast-Pack option.

For clients who may not have a firm idea of the style and features of the home they intend
to build and need the help of an experienced architect, they would select the Archi-Pack
option to get the process started. Once the Archi-Pack services are completed and the
home style and features are determined, the clients could select either the two step
Design-Pack/Production-Pack or single step Fast-Pack option to move forward.
